To start a fast, simply open the app and tap the "Start Fasting" button on the main tracking screen. Your fast will begin immediately, and you'll see the timer start counting.

How do I end a fast?

To end your current fast, open the app and tap the "End Fast" button on the main tracking screen. Your fast will be recorded in your history automatically.

Can I edit a fast after it's started?

Yes, you can edit the start time of your current fast by tapping the pencil icon next to the start time display.

How do I view my fasting history?

To view your fasting history, tap on the calendar icon in the navigation. You'll see a calendar view showing all your completed fasts.

Do I need to create an account?

An account is not required to use the basic features of Simple Fasting Tracker. However, creating an account allows you to sync your data across devices and ensures your fasting history is backed up.
